Alex Fu is a Hong Kong contemporary Chinese character artist and tattoo artist. Known for his calligraphy-based tattoo practice, his work has taken him to guest residencies in Spain and Japan, with recognition from The Beat Asia and TattooSays.

Without a formal art-school background, Alex built his visual language through lived experience, tattoo culture and Chinese calligraphy. Today, his works extend from skin to paper, wood and metal, transforming Chinese characters into contemporary expressions of identity, resilience and memory.
