Alex Fu Calligraphy ships original artworks from Hong Kong to selected local and international destinations.
Each artwork is carefully packed according to its size, medium and condition. As all original works are one-of-a-kind pieces, shipping arrangements may vary depending on the destination, artwork size, packaging requirements and courier availability.
Hong Kong Delivery
Artwork delivery within Hong Kong is available.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after order confirmation and packing.
Delivery arrangement will be confirmed by email or WhatsApp after purchase.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to selected destinations, including Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom and selected European countries.
Estimated delivery time: 7–28 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance and courier service.
For destinations not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order for a shipping quotation.
United States Orders
Due to changing international postal and courier conditions, artwork shipping to the United States is currently handled by quotation only.
Please contact us before placing an order if you are based in the United States.
Packaging
Original artworks are packed with protective materials suitable for paper-based works. Depending on the artwork, it may be shipped flat-packed or in protective packaging.
Framed, mounted or oversized works may require additional packing and courier arrangements.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or local charges required by the destination country or region.
These charges are not included in the artwork price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, shipping details or tracking information will be provided where available.
Delivery time may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
