By purchasing from Alex Fu Calligraphy, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Original Artwork
All original artworks are one-of-a-kind works created by Alex Fu. Minor variations in colour, texture, paper tone or visual details may occur due to screen settings, photography, lighting and the handmade nature of the artwork.
Artwork Availability
Artwork availability is subject to confirmation. If an artwork becomes unavailable after purchase due to any unexpected reason, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a refund.
Payment
All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
Shipping
Original artworks are shipped from Hong Kong. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on destination, artwork size, packaging requirements and courier availability.
International delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions or events beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or local charges required by the destination country or region.
These charges are not included in the artwork price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the unique nature of original artworks, all artwork sales are final once the order has been confirmed.
Returns, exchanges or refunds are not accepted unless the artwork is proven to be materially different from the order or has been damaged during delivery.
If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the artwork, packaging and shipping label.
Damage During Shipping
All artworks are packed with care before dispatch. Customers must keep the original packaging in case a shipping claim is required.
We will review each case individually and assist with the claim process where applicable.
Copyright
Purchasing an original artwork does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights or commercial usage rights.
Alex Fu retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the artwork, including the right to reproduce, publish, exhibit and use images of the artwork for archival, promotional or editorial purposes.
The buyer may not reproduce, resell images, license, modify or commercially use the artwork without written permission.
Tattoo & Commission Enquiries
Tattoo consultation, artwork commissions and original artwork purchases are handled separately. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee booking, artwork reservation or commission acceptance.
