Return & Refund Policy
All original artwork sales are final once the order has been confirmed.
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artworks, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind after purchase.
Please review the artwork details, size, medium, price and shipping information carefully before placing an order.
Exceptions may be considered only in the following cases:
- The artwork received is materially different from the artwork ordered.
- The artwork is damaged during delivery.
- The artwork becomes unavailable after payment due to an unexpected inventory error.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:
- The artwork
- The outer packaging
- The inner packaging
- The shipping label
Please keep all original packaging materials, as they may be required for courier or insurance claim purposes.
Refunds, replacements or other resolutions will be reviewed case by case.
Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, payment processing fees and any third-party charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or local charges required by the destination country or region.
Commissioned artworks, personalised works and tattoo-related deposits or consultation fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
