This website is operated by Alex Fu Calligraphy. By visiting this website, placing an order, submitting an enquiry or using any part of this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Original Artworks
All original artworks offered on this website are one-of-a-kind works created by Alex Fu. Due to the handmade nature of the works, minor variations in colour, texture, paper tone, brush marks or visual details may occur due to lighting, photography and screen settings.
Artwork Availability
Artwork availability is subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to update, withdraw or correct artwork listings, prices, descriptions or availability at any time.
If an artwork becomes unavailable after purchase due to an unexpected inventory error, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a refund.
Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars unless otherwise stated.
An order is confirmed only after full payment has been received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there is a payment issue, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, shipping limitation or any other reasonable concern.
Shipping
Original artworks are shipped from Hong Kong. Shipping fees, delivery times and courier arrangements vary depending on destination, artwork size, packaging requirements and courier availability.
International delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or local charges required by the destination country or region.
These charges are not included in the artwork price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artworks, all artwork sales are final once confirmed.
Returns, exchanges or refunds are not accepted for change of mind. Exceptions may be considered only if the artwork is materially different from the order, damaged during delivery, or becomes unavailable after payment.

Copyright and Intellectual Property
Purchasing an original artwork does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights or commercial usage rights.
Alex Fu retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the artwork, including the right to reproduce, publish, exhibit and use images of the artwork for archival, promotional, editorial or marketing purposes.
The buyer may not reproduce, license, modify, resell images of, or commercially use the artwork without written permission.

All images, artwork photographs, written content, branding, designs and materials on this website are the property of Alex Fu Calligraphy or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content from this website without written permission.
Tattoo and Commission Enquiries
Tattoo consultation, artwork commissions and original artwork purchases are handled separately.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee booking, artwork reservation, commission acceptance or tattoo appointment confirmation.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays, losses, customs charges, courier issues or events beyond our reasonable control, except where required by applicable law.
